Wael's early career
Wael started his career as a Salesman selling tires on a truck in Los Angeles at age 22.
By age 36, he has led multiple successful roles with three top global players: Pepsi, Henkel and the Coca-Cola Company.
Following a significant restructuring project with the Coca-Cola Company in 2007, he realized he had a passion about business transformation by leading a group of leaders with diverse functional and cultural backgrounds to turn a large company around.

His passion went beyond the financial turnaround; it was more about the impact he had on people's lives, whether it was the shareholder who was struggling to reverse his losses or the talented employee who was suppressed by corporate politics.
Ultimately, he has successfully transformed large industrial and family businesses by enabling his teams to achieve results and exceed goals by utilizing sustainable organizational improvements and building a winning culture.
